OUR ACCREDITATIONSOur People
At Bridmet, we truly believe that our employees are our greatest asset. We encourage and promote internal growth and over the years we have seen apprentices become supervisors, supervisors become managers and managers become directors.
We are committed to developing and up skilling our workforce with a dedicated training coordinator identifying training requirements using our bespoke skills matrix. We advocate several initiatives including working from home, hybrid working, flexitime contracts and a 4-day working week.
