Machining
Using modern multitasking CNC turning and CNC milling machinery including 4-axis paired with offline Solidworks/Edgecam programming enables us to produce a range of components of variable batch sizes in an array of materials.
Turning
Turning is taken care of by a Doosan 220 Lynx LSY 5 Axis CNC lathe. This machine has an 8” chuck with 65mm bar capacity, driven tooling and a twin chuck.
